shopping was easy, I was able to enter specifics of what I needed and placed the order online without waiting for quotes
Now looking back, I wish your ordering system would show estimated processing time. I needed this completed as soon as possible, but did not know that numbering and binding would take extra time, I would have passed on those options this time around to save time.

should package everything together it looks petty asking for $9 dollars here and 18 dollars there, should also offer free shipping if the prices keeps climming with every click, i almost used another comapny because of these add ons i know they are necessary in some cases but if you package them into one price you will make alot more money....
