Custom Boat Repair Forms are printed with your company name, address, phone number and logo. Your custom imprint goes at the top of the form. What makes this repair form stand out from other forms is that it includes a box for vessel name and pump number. The vessel name is under the customer’s name, phone number and date of service. The rest of the form reads as a standard repair invoice. The first line of gray boxes are for the sold by, cash, charge, A/R and pump number. There are a total of 15 description lines as well as a tax and total lines.
Our forms come in three color options: black, blue and full color. The full color option prints your logo on the white part. Further customize your repair forms by adding consecutive numbering to your order. The consecutive numbering has its own box at the bottom left of the form. You have your choice between black or red numbers. Next choice is how many parts. We print our forms on 2 or 3 part NCR Carbonless paper. We can also staple your forms into a book format.
