Our Body Shop Repair Estimate Form 661 will be custom printed with your shop information and logo on 8.5 x 11 inch 2 or 3 part carbonless paper. The benefit to this form format is that it provides a very detailed list of items that may need to be taken care of by your auto body shop. There will be no confusion due to the illegibility of someones handwriting, just have your technician check off the issues to be handled. We offer a few finishing options such as numbering and binding the forms into booklets. All of our customers receive free proofs via E-mail. If there are no changes to be made, simply reply to the E-mail approving the form for production.
