I almost stopped ordering because I kept waiting for the proofs to be emailed to me before proceeding. My brother who had ordered before told me I had to process it first so I gave it another shot. Then, I found a coupon for free shipping or 10% off and it doesn't show up and I couldn't find anywhere to enter in a code. If it was more user friendly, I'd probably use again.
