I am a repeat customer. The first time I ordered some business forms, the customer service was outstanding. They even fixed a mistake I had made! I hope this order is as good as the last.
I was not provided with Shipping Notification as the company stated I would be. When I sent them an e-mail asking as tot the status of my order, they sent back a response saying it would be delivered tomorrow. It was not delivered for an additional day after that. Again, no shipping notification or tracking number/tracking information was provided to me. I would have liked that. Overall, pleased with order. Quality is fine for the price I paid.
