When dealing with clients, it is always wise to get every change, even small ones, in writing. There are 19 rows to list all of the changes being made to the job. This way both parties will have a full understanding of what the expectations are. The clients will not be surprised by the price change. The total boxes at the very bottom help customers understand what their previous cost was and what the new changes will add to their final amount. The proper signature boxes are also in place.
