I have called and emailed your company multiple times about my order being incorrect. I was told I would receive a 10% discount by check because I kept the incorrect order. I have yet to receive the check or get anyone at your company to address my issue. I have been trying to get closure to this issue since August 4, 2023. I rate the customer service as poor. Truly disappointed with the service and my organization have ordered from you for some years.
