This offering envelope design not only customizable with your church information but paying customer can also request additional changes to the text and layout! These change requests happen during the proofing process. The information already created and ready to go for you includes your members, or visitors, name, address, phone number and email. Beside that information are lines for how much the person would like to give towards tithe, mission or other projects. The final line is the total. There are check boxes at the top left for people to mark whether or not they are a member, if they would like to become a member and if they need spiritual help. A box for todays date is also at the top right.
