More info should be given about custom forms. Such as in the color section- "another color $**.**" does not explain what you get exactly. Do you get blue, black and another color? Or do you get a color but not black or blue? How do you choose this color? What if the form you have uploaded was not in the correct color? How do you change it. Also, My file was in excel format which is very common but would not work with your website. I changed it to PDF. thank you.
