1) You should make your images larger so that you can clearly read everything. My eyes are perfect but, I would have gone to a different site if I couldn't make out what was written. I found that after browsing throught the different images, my eyes hurt froom the strain of trying to read the forms.
2) You should make your order description better and provide more images showing the booklets, final product etc. Also, the final orders page didn't even show the size of the paper my invoices were being printed on. I had to go back to confirm my order was being printed on 8.5x11 paper.
