This is to help new dentists, that haven’t had the time to commission a custom logo, find professional appointment card designs. If you already have your own logo then we can print that instead! The important thing is that your cards impress your clients and help them remember the excellent service you provided.

The dentist logo is a sparkling white tooth inside a circle. Your name prints at the top of the card in bold block lettering. The shaded blue lines add character to the logo as well as bring your focus to the company name. The logo also is a watermark behind the doctor’s name which prints across the top. Beneath the doctor’s name is the office location and phone numbers. A bright blue banner divides the office information from the next appointment details. There are 5 check boxes for marking the day of the week and lines for time and date. This is a customizable template so if your office requires more information please request additional changes during the proofing process.
