Buy a Donation Receipt Book that is custom printed with your company’s name, address, phone number and logo. Donation receipts instill confidence in donors that their donation has been received, recorded and will be put to good use. The added bonus of custom receipts makes the form look more official and gives the donor all of the information they need to know where their money went.

This form is labeled “donation receipt” and is set up to mimic that of a check. At the top you have the line for the date followed by the name of the donor, the amount to be written out and then what the donation is for. A large money box is provided on the right hand side. Beneath these lines are boxes to check off what kind of payment was received. Complete your receipt by providing the team member that recorded the donation. And finally a large “thank you” prints in the bottom right hand corner.

There are even more customization options to choose from such as numbering and upgrades to full color logo. Consecutive numbering prints beneath the words “donation receipt” and is available in black ink or upgrade to red. While your one color logo will look great, there is an option to print it in full color that will really make it pop.
