The electrical safety inspection form was designed to help electricians keep a complete record of everything found during an inspection without having to hand write the details. There are sections to mark off for the main and secondary electrical panels, meter and main service cabling, attic and crawl space, smoke detectors, miscellaneous safety concerns, and furnace and A/C wiring. Each section has three boxes to rate the overall safety. Lines for notes have been provided so that you or your electricians have space to notate important details not defined on the checklist.
