This template includes a “do not remove by order of the fire Marshall” warning. Next is a box for who serviced the fire alarm. Your company customization sits in a box surrounded by the label title and a series of check boxes. The little boxes have New, Service, Test, Repair, Inspection and Improve. Your technician checks these boxes to indicate the reason for the service. Following that is a line for system type. The last set of boxes have the year and then the month serviced. This label comes with 2 per sheet, as shown in photo.
