This Fire Extinguisher 30-Day Tag is printed on 2.625×5.25, 13 point heavy manila stock. There are twelve rows, one for each month, on each side to write down information at the time of inspection. The inspector can indicate whether the extinguisher has passed the following criteria: visible in designated area, operating instructions legible, safety seals in place and full to capacity. The inspector then dates and initials the last column.
