I was choosing Fedex for shipping because it was $3 cheaper but your website kept changing it back to UPS. No good. And quit charging outrageous prices for shipping, I ship things, no way a little box of labels cost $20+ for shipping.

The only reason I purchased the product from your site was because I needed it by a specific date for a business trip. However, I did not receive my order on the date that it was expected.
