Your website warns that it can take up to 14 days to print and it really did take that long. Not used to waiting that long, so I'll just have to plan ahead next time and leave myself lots of time for printing and delivery. That was my only negative as a first time customer. You were upfront from the beginning though, so that was appreciated.
