We placed a reorder for 4-ply forms, but it included cardboard backing instead of loose sheets with a glued top like our previous order. We cannot use these, because we need to put the forms through a printer. I contacted support and received a follow-up email stating that the order would be rectified and then another email following that one saying that they couldn't find any evidence of the recent reorder, which was placed on 12/20/23.
