I was put back with my detailed instructions to print only on back of my Manila copy of a three sheet contract. Instead, my instructions were ignored and every page of contract was printed on back. It doesn't look good to my customers and it's the first time in nine years you made the mistake. Not a huge problem but hope it can be addressed on my next order.
