We have taken one of the simplest restaurant guest checks on the market and made it better. Our guest check is printed with a backer providing a check list for the kitchen.

Our gust check is printed on a 3.5 x 6.125 inch 2 part NCR paper and glued on top. This is an easy form to fill out, and can be used in just about any restaurant or service environment.

These simple guest checks are printed in lots of 2500 without any imprint.
