We sell custom printed Half Page Business Invoices. The invoices custom print with your company name, contact information and logo. Further customize this form by requesting a digital proof before printing. During the proofing process, you will be able to look over the form and request any additional changes to the layout or text. Customers may also submit their terms and conditions to pre-print on the form.
The half page business form includes a customer information area that has customer name, address, city, state, zip, date, phone and technician. Under that information, the table divides into 4 columns for quantity, part number, description and amount. There are a total of 15 lines for product description. The total cost has an extra line for additional charges in addition to the subtotal, tax and final total lines. There is a large “thank you” under the subtotal to let your customers know that you appreciate their business. A signature line is also included at the bottom of the form.
Further customize your order by choosing parts, books and numbering. These half page business forms prints on your choice of 2 or 3 part NCR. This means that information on the white part copies through to the other parts. If you choose full color ink, your logo will be in full color on the white part only. Customers also have the option of putting the business forms into books of 50. If you choose consecutive numbering, the numbering prints at the top right hand corner under the “invoice number”. Consecutive numbering comes in either red or black ink.
