This is a Custom Half Page Invoice that prints with your company information and logo. Small invoice forms are the perfect size for holding, storing and filling out as they only hold the information important to your business. This 5.5×8.5 vertical invoice form may be small but it includes lines for the customer information, order date, payment type and order number as well as a large table for quantity, item descriptions, prices and amounts.

Further customize this form by providing your terms and conditions in the special instruction box. These conditions are printed in the blank space next to the “thank you”. All of the verbiage you see on this template is customizable by request. The top of the form is where your company name, address, phone number and tagline prints. You also have the option of including your company logo if you have one.

Make your filing easier by including consecutive numbering on your forms. These numbers print above the date line in your choice of black or red ink. We also recommend choosing books if you fill out these forms in the field or just to make storing easier. Booklets keep all of the forms together and give you a surface for writing on.
