The custom printing was just fine, however you have to press very hard (not a normal writing pressure)for the copy to be legible. I am not sure if this is due to the age of the material, or it is just an inferior grade of copy paper. But they are not very useful as they are. Otherwise my shopping experience and ordering experience was just fine.
