We sell Hourly Invoice Forms custom printed with your company logo, name, address, phone number and advertisement line! This 8.5×5.5 invoice form is for recording subcontractor hours. There is large center column for making job notes next to the hours worked. Rate per hour and amount columns are also included. The top of the form holds the job location, arrival and departure times and the date. The payment due upon receipt lets customers know when to pay. Your customer will appreciate the “thank you for your business”.

As with all of our templates, this invoice is also fully customizable. Clients can request changes to layout and text during the proofing process. Our team of designers will help you create an invoice that fits with your work methods.

The hourly invoice prints on your choice of 2 or 3 part carbonless paper. The first part copies through to the last part. Further customize your order by choosing consecutive numbering. The consecutive numbering prints under the word INVOICE in your choice of red or black ink. We can also staple your forms into a manila wrap-around to make a book. Books will keep your forms together and give you a sturdy surface to write on.
