I've been looking for custom order forms for some time. Your site was very easy to use.
I received the order and was very happy with it. If I could change anything, our work slips are taken out on jobs with equipment inventory and directions to the job stapled to the work order. I wish there was a "seam" on top that I could staple my paperwork to, and it makes it easier for the workers to tear a copy from.
