We sell Load and Time Tickets that print with your trucking company’s name, logo and contact information! We can print anything you need inside the “name of carrier” box. This box is large enough to hold your company logo, your full company name, address, phone numbers and advertisement line. The more details you provide the better your customers will get to know you! The advertisement line can be a funny saying that will make your company memorable! Alternatively, this line can further inform your customers about the types of materials or products you haul! You never know what they may need hauled in the future!

This entire hauling ticket is completely customizable upon request! The truckers load form already comes pact with all of the important information you need to track loads. However, if something is missing or not worded correctly for your business, we can change it!

The load ticket includes:

• Date and broker
• Shipper and customer names
• Hauling from and to boxes
• Job or P.O. numbers
• Truck number and pit ticket number
• Drivers name and hourly rated haul times and rates.
• Description of commodity which records the gross, tare, net and net tons of yards.
• Received by signature line
• Terms of service

Further product customizations include choosing consecutive numbering, bindery and parts. The consecutive numbering prints along the top in either black or red ink. Our bindery options include glued together, which is standard, or in books of 50. We make our books by stapling the forms together inside a manila wrap around. The wrap around inserts between each set to stop unwanted transferring. Our load and time tickets are available on 2 or 3 part NCR paper.
