Marine Work Order Form is a repair claim that prints on 3 part manila. The claim tag detaches from the form and splits into three parts: replaced parts, unit tag and customer claim check. Each perforated tag number matches the number that prints on the form itself for easy and accurate filing.
Like any work order, this one includes a section for part numbers and description and description of work. The top of the form holds contact details for the customer as well as the boat make, model, and engine information. There is space to list information for up to two different engines. On the back of the manila part is an extension of the parts and description and includes a box for labor costs. There is also an additional spot to continue adding up totals.
