We sell custom printed Repair Tag 1 part that includes your company information on the tag and stub. The bottom sections tears off to give to your customer. The stub has the company information as well as a number that matches the repair tag. The main part of the tag will then attach to the item being repaired. This makes organizing your orders easier and more efficient. Never lose or misplace another repair item again!

This tag features a 5 line parts and work performed itemized list with amounts and totals. There is also an additional two lines for further instructions. The rest of the repair tag holds the usual customer information including date promised and problem boxes. A “payment due upon completion” line will inform your customers up front when payment is due.

The tear-off stub comes with the following clause: “No merchandise delivered without this check Not responsible for goods left over 30 days nor for loss by fire or theft.” However, you can submit your own terms and conditions during the proofing process. Just let your designer know and they will make the necessary changes for you!
