This Termite and Pest Control Inspection Form was especially formatted with exterminators and termite projects in mind. This form can be used to record all of the information concerning termites as well as any other pests found during an inspection. Like all our other pest control forms, form 878 will be printed on 8.5 x 11 carbonless paper in either 2 or 3 part sets with your company name, logo and contact information. You will have the option of ink color, sequential numbering and finishing your forms into booklets.
Notable features of this termite inspection form are: a section to write down customer name and information, a check list of possible pests, a check list of visible and non-visible evidence of damage to the structure and a large area for your technician to draw a layout of the property.
