Towing and roadside service register form fits inside a 5.5 x 8.5 register machine. The forms print with your company information. Your roadside technicians can record customer information, mileage and auto details. There are checklists to fill out that include problem, service and equipment. Lines for remarks have been provided as well as an column for totals. Other features include: dates, times, requested by, locations, service time, extra person, vehicle tow information, storage charge, and authorized signatures.
This form has a custom imprint area of 1 x 3.5 inches. The form is available in blue ink only with your choice of blue or black imprint color. You do have the option of consecutive numbering to be printed in black ink. Add a register machine to your order to better keep your forms secure and your office organized. Our large register machines are able to hold 160 two part forms or 110 three part while the smaller ones hold 120 two part and 70 three part.
