We sell custom printed Towing Waiver Forms which are also known as hold harmless forms. The towing waivers print with your company name, phone number, address and advertisement line. We can also print your logo or image. The logo is free when choosing black or blue ink. For more professional looking forms, upgrade to full color and we will print your image as is on the white part. The logo prints in the top left hand corner.

Customers have the option of choosing consecutive numbering which prints at the top right. Further customize the hold harmless form by changing any of the following elements: customer and vehicle information, towing terms, legend, additional comments, service provider and member signature. The towing terms is a standard “I agree not to hold the towing company responsible” verbiage. However, during the proofing process you can request additional changes. The legend is for identifying problems found on the car before towing it away. These issues include: scratch, dent, paint damage, missing, other, undercarriage and tires.

The towing waiver form includes a left and right view of a nondescript car. When purchasing the form, you may provide your own image to replace the ones that come on the form.
