Order custom Trucking Haul Tickets with your company logo and information. This 4.5 x 5.5 ticket is not only customizable with your company name but further modifications are possible upon request. For example, once you place your order you’ll be assigned a designer who will work with you to make this ticket usable for your business.
The haul ticket template already has the following information ready to go: date, day of the week, contractor, location, time, travel, equipment, type of work, hours, driver, job and signature line. The company information logo print on the top of the form. Further customize your order by adding consecutive numbering. Consecutive numbering prints in either black or red ink and goes to the right of the company information.
Haul tickets are available on 2 or 3 part NCR paper which means the top part copies to through to the other parts. You can choose to print in one color ink, black or blue, at no extra cost. When choosing full color, your logo prints in full color on the white part only. This is so your full color logo will always look the best. The last choice is whether or not to put your trucking tickets into books of 50.
