Our Small Custom Receipt Form is printed on 2 or 3 multi-part carbonless paper. This receipt will be custom printed with your company information and logo at no extra charge. The size of this receipt form is 4.25 x 7.5 inches. This form is available as single set forms or in a manila-wrap around booklet format. You have an option to have your forms printed in blue or black ink as well as having them numbered.
Features to point out: a box to indicate the order number and date, boxes to write in customer information, section to indicate the method of payment, ample room to include description of items sold (qty, description and price) and boxes to include the total charges.
