Your website is cumbersome and not user friendly. Simply increasing the number of labels I wished to order meant that I had to completely redo the order rather that just clicking a button to increase or decrease the quantity of my order. Also, upon checkout, my order kept being jumped to the highest priced delivery option. I had to check it very carefully before hitting the order button to make sure it had not jumped again. I have not yet received my order or the preview so I have no idea how good the value of the products I ordered are, but am hoping for the best. The cumbersome website is the reason for my low rating. Change that and I would be happy to leave a better review. But having to completely redo my order just to change the quantity is very user-UNfriendly.
