The vehicle inspection form has a full list of parts to help you keep a complete record of the inspection area. By checking off each section, you will never have to worry about forgetting to record a problem. There are two rows of boxes, one to mark parts that pass inspection and another row of boxes for parts that need to be checked or repaired. The lines next to the boxes allows you to put a date for repair, making it easier to check back and see when a part was last fixed.
This multi part inspection form can be custom printed to fit the specific needs of your business. All of the text on the form can be changed to your wording at no extra cost. You have the option of printing this form on 2 or 3 part carbonless paper as well as your choice of blue or black ink.
