This saves the technician time searching for the right form and saves your company on printing costs. The front page prints your company name and details in the center. Do you have a logo that incorporates your company name? We can print that in the center instead with your contact information below! The front page of this invoice includes checklists that differentiate between s service call or an installation, a pick up or delivery and repair location. A separate checklist denotes estimate, contract and other important job aspects. As usual, this form does include full customer contact information, part descriptions, totals and important signatures. Legal text is provided but can be updated upon request.
In addition to the front, a promissory note prints on the back. This note describes how much money the customer is to pay, how they will pay it and to whom they’re paying the money to. Customers will appreciate being able to reference the full cost and having instructions on what is expected of them. The bottom table records payments as the job progresses.
